Small Group Training is a six-week fitness training program all about you and your fit. Join a class that gives you special attention in the comfort of a relaxed group setting. Pick an SGT class that caters to your fitness goals and interests. Don’t feel just any burn. Feel your burn!

Small Group Training hosts two SGT sessions a semester. Each session lasts six weeks with two classes each week. No exercise experience is required to get started!

Build & Burn

M/W 12:15 p.m. – 1 p.m., 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Build muscle and burn calories! This class incorporates a combination of weights and cardio to give you the all-in-one workout you are looking for!

Abs & Assets

F 12:15 p.m. – 1 p.m.

Focus on your core (abdominal muscles) and your lower body strength (quads, hamstrings, glutes) to help you build a strong base.

Flexibility & Mobility

F 12:15 p.m. – 1 p.m.

Master the difference between flexibility and mobility and why all age groups need both types of movements. Incorporate both into your workouts in a class open to all fitness levels.

T/R 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Switch it up and have some fun in your workouts! Lift to the beat of some of your favorite tunes! Anyone and everyone is welcome to come jam out while working out!
