Small Group Training is a six-week fitness training program all about you and your fit. Join a class that gives you special attention in the comfort of a relaxed group setting. Pick an SGT class that caters to your fitness goals and interests. Don’t feel just any burn. Feel your burn!
Small Group Training hosts two SGT sessions a semester. Each session lasts six weeks with two classes each week. No exercise experience is required to get started!
